Content

The 1C-Rarus company completed the project of automation of regional network "Rusfinance Banka" when using the CRM system of "1C:CRM CORP" in 65 regions of presence of 1C:CRM CORP bank.

Task

The bank needed to create the transparent system of work of lending managers. The management needed to exercise control of all sales points entering into regional network. The decision on creation of the information system of the class CRM allowing to organize the following tasks was for this purpose made:

  • Automation of data acquisition about work of sales points;
  • Work planning of managers;
  • Control of work of employees;
  • Formation of necessary documentation for ensuring operational work of sales points;
  • Obtaining the summary reporting according to the results of work of branches and sales points.

The management of bank selected for process automation of management a modern customer relationship management system of "1C:CRM CORP" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in the project.

Solution

Using "1C:CRM CORP" objects Rusfinance Banka in 65 regions of presence are automated. In the created information system 500 users work. A system gave an opportunity to lending managers:

  • Organize and plan daily work. Maintaining the diagram of meetings, phone calls with reports on their carrying out is provided in the calendar. Process of obtaining notifications on the forthcoming visits is automated, the missed events are traced. It in a complex promotes more effective organization of workflow, excludes forgetfulness of managers;
  • Trace the diagram of sales of consumer loans and car loans for the last 30 days. It allows to study what sales points are most profitable. A system warns about entry of any sales point into a risk zone (sales reduction) that it helps to undertake effective measures for return to necessary sales level;
  • Organize support of carrying out marketing efforts: tenders, sponsor's and advertizing campaigns. A system allows to plan start date and completion of actions, stages of actions, to fix their results.

To heads of regional divisions:

  • Plan workload of managers, appointing tasks and monitoring their accomplishment. The transparent monitoring system of effectiveness of work of personnel is organized. An opportunity to make the plan and the sales forecast for the region for a certain time frame is given. In plans both directions of crediting are considered: car loans and issue of consumer loans.

To the management of bank:

  • Receive the monthly summary reporting under sales of regional divisions, define planned targets and plan work of regional divisions for quarter, half-year, year.

Result

The transparent management system for work of managers is organized. An opportunity to trace volumes of consumer and car loans in outlets, to take operational measures for sales growth, to organize marketing actions is had. The management of bank is provided with the summary monthly reporting according to the results of work of branches. 500 jobs are automated.
