Spar and Fabasoft get the award ECM-Award 2012

Linz, Austria, Pentadoc handed to Fabasoft and Spar an award in category "The Innovation Implementation". So the appreciation was deserved by transfer to a new electronic document management system of Fabasoft Folio implemented for Spar Austria.

"The innovation implementation" is the annual award awarded by independent jury to the best ESM-projects. This time Fabasoft jointly from Spar showed how methodically and systematically to implement difficult projects. Since October 31, 2011 more than 4,400 employees in seven countries successfully passed to a new electronic document management system. Project implementation took planned 10 months and in the medium term all Spar group should pass to Fabasoft Folio.

ECM Award

In 2012 the third delivery of awards of ECM Award in four nominations took place. The initiative belongs to Pentadoc and the Computerwelt weekly, with the purpose to show that not only the functionality, but also the user experience is important for successful application. The structure of jury is selected from independent and recognized specialists and awards an award in four nominations: economic feasibility, the innovation implementation, ESM-solution of year and ESM-supplier of year.
