Information system for conducting financial and economic activity in ARMZ Uranium holding

The companies "1C-Rarus" also Everise Consulting implemented the project of creation in Uranium holding ARMZ (JSC Atomredmetzoloto) of an information system for conducting financial and economic activity. The project was performed in two stages: the first part was complete in 2009, the second – at the beginning of 2012.

Within implementation of the first project phase of the company developed a technique of a system of management accounting and budget management, synchronized normative reference books, on the basis of the system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" unified an accounting system on all holding.

Key results of the first stage of the project:

• creation of the information space which integrated circuits of accounting and management accounting on the basis of uniform methodologists for all enterprises of ARMZ Uranium holding that provided transparency of financial activities of the company allowed to increase financial discipline;
• possibility of reporting according to uniform account policy, the pursued ROSATOM State Corporation;
• development of the uniform budget qualifier which allowed to simplify process of data collection and formation of the consolidated statements, to expand possibilities of the analysis of activity of the enterprises entering into ARMZ Uranium holding;
• reduction of time for collecting of actual data for the purposes of management accounting.

At the second stage of the project operations on calculation and the analysis of cost value were configured. Results of the second phase became:

• creation of flexibly configured subsystem of calculation of actual cost which allowed to reduce time for preparation of accounting entries of closing of accounts, to automatically distribute costs between freeform objects of calculation of cost value;
• the possibility of calculation of planned cost allowing to create correctly planned postings of allocation of costs and also to prepare the management reporting according to the actual and planned data, to carry out the plan-fact analysis.
• creation of a subsystem of planning, control of execution and the analysis of an investment program, accounting of planned data of an investment program on mastering, financing and commissioning of subjects to capital investments, their comparison with actual data, including carrying out the plan-fact analysis.
