Company "1C: The first BIT" completed an implementation project of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" system in JSC Altayenergosbyt company. During the project in all divisions and in Management company the uniform HR policy is enacted, the list of divisions, positions, wage grades is unified. As a result the transparency of payroll and charge of awards to employees increased, processes of personnel document flow are optimized. The management had an opportunity to control employee occupation and most effectively to distribute labor resources.
During the project specialists "1C: The first BIT" provided user training, seminars and webinars were organized and also the complex of instructions for work with subsystems is developed. In short terms it was performed the given personnel records and data for calculation of average earnings of holidays and sick-lists from earlier used 1C systems and third-party accounting systems.
Within the project such processes, specific to the enterprise, as were automated:
- Accounting of personnel on categories of positions, wage grades, types of employment, a current status (in the state, temporarily does not work, it is dismissed, etc.);
- Accounting and control of the termination of validity periods of personnel orders;
- Accounting of substitutions and sovmeshcheniye of employees with a possibility of carrying out the analysis of personnel structure and formation of regular arrangement taking into account substitutions;
- Accounting of providing compensatory leaves to employees on account of earlier worked time with exceeding control;
- Planning of wage fund taking into account busy and vacant rates;
- Report generation on filling of forms of Federal statistical observation of P-4 of "Data on number, the salary and the movement of workers" and P-4 (NZ) "Data on part-time employment and the movement of workers";
- Calculation of a quarter and annual bonus taking into account performance indicators on divisions with a possibility of automatic filling of indicators.
- Salary payment through bank;
- Maintaining story of an organization structure of the enterprise with a possibility of formation of relevant structure of divisions for the specified date
As a result of implementation it was succeeded to solve a number of important problems:
- The uniform configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" was implemented in all divisions and in Management company JSC Altayenergosbyt;
- Opportunities for the analysis of a current status of personnel resources are expanded. Managerial reports on personnel structure, planned and actual costs on personnel form in real time. The management had an opportunity to control employment and distribution of personnel resources, to estimate the need for personnel and employee performance;
- Labor costs of personnel department and department of payroll are reduced. By 2.5 times time for preparation of primary information was reduced, by 4 times the quantity of errors during the forming of personnel documents and payroll decreased. Time for payroll was twice reduced;
- Creation of the unified system allowed to provide transparency and uniformity of charges of additional payments to employees. The management can see reports on each division and analyze what funds were spent for awards as far as charge of awards corresponds to the level of performance indicators of employees necessary for this purpose;
Besides, the enterprise managed to unify an organization structure of divisions. If before division, engaged in the same activity, could carry different names, then now business units are unified. As a result interaction of divisions and Management company considerably became simpler.
