The Ministry of Health of Altai Republic implements cloud EDMS in health facilities of the territorial subject of the federation

The Cognitive Technologies company signed the agreement with the Ministry of Health of Altai Republic on implementation of electronic document management based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates" of SaaS in more than 30 medical institutions of edge.

Objectives

Among the organizations where implementation of "E1 Euphrates", such organizations as took place: Ministry of Health of Altai Republic, central district hospitals, stations of ambulance, children's sanatoria, dental centers, lunatic asylum, center for prevention and fight against infectious diseases, perinatal center, medical information and analytical center, etc.

Tasks

As a result of project implementation, in particular, it is going to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to implement a possibility of differentiation of access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
