Was born on October 28, 1970 in Krasnodar.

Education

1993: TYUMGU

In 1993 graduated from law department of the Tyumen state university majoring in Jurisprudence, and in 2000 economics department of TyumGU in "Finance and the credit".

Career

1993: Mayor's office of MO Nadym and Nadym district

August - December, 1993 work as the jurist of the mayor's office of Nadym and the Nadym district.

1994: Zapsibkombank

In November, 1994 after active duty went to work as the legal adviser in the Yamal-Nenets branch PJSC Zapsibkombank, held a position till March, 1996.

March - October, 1996 - the acting director of the Yamal-Nenets branch PJSC Zapsibkombank.

October, 1996 - May, 1997 - the head of legal department of the Yamal-Nenets branch PJSC Zapsibkombank.

May, 1997 - April, 1998 - the associate director of the Salekhard branch PJSC Zapsibkombank.

Tyumen region duma

Goritsky Dmitry Yuryevich was elected the deputy of the Tyumen region duma of the fourth (2007-2011) and the fifth (2011-2016) of convocations on the uniform constituency from the Tyumen regional department of the United Russia Party In these terms was the vice-chairman, and then the Chairman of the Committee on the budget, taxes and finance of the Tyumen region duma.

On September 29, 2016 it is elected the deputy of the Tyumen region duma of the sixth convocation and confirmed by the resolution of the Duma to the post of the Chairman of the Committee on the budget, taxes and finance of the Tyumen region duma.

In 2010 headed regional office of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs - Union "Regional consolidation of employers of the Tyumen region".

2020: United Russia

For August, 2020 is a member of the United Russia Party, the First Deputy Secretary of the Tyumen regional department United Russia, the member of Presidium of Regional political council.
