Nevsky Jewelry House (1C: Accounting)

1C-Rarus successfully completed automation of accounting and tax accounting in "The Nevsky jewelry house" using implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product. The created information system allowed to increase transparency of document flow and efficiency of preparation of the reporting.

"The Nevsky Jewelry House" works in Moscow since August, 2011 as the official sales representative of the Nevsky Jewelry plant who specializes in high technology production of jewelry using the unique German and the Italian equipment which does not have analogs in Russia and the CIS. The management of "The Nevsky of the jewelry house" made the decision on creation of an information system for conducting accounting and tax accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation. A choice was made for benefit of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. This solution is caused by the fact that this configuration completely is responsible for accounting at the enterprise, including, for example, the statement of primary documents, sales accounting, etc. and also allows to implement any scheme of accounting. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in automation.

The created system helped "The Nevsky jewelry house" to automate the following types of accounting:

• Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• Accounting of products
• Personnel records and payroll calculation
• Tax accounting

"1C: Accounting 8" also allows the company of a message the cash-book, the purchase ledger and the sales ledger, to create and hand over the regulated reporting. In a project deliverable employees 1C-Rarus helped "The Nevsky jewelry house" to reduce considerably the volume of information entered manually and to increase transparency of tax accounting.
