The EVOLA company completed the project of process automation of goal setting and assessment of activity in the HCM SAP ERP system of FC Uralsib.
Project objective was creation of the system providing functioning of all process of goal setting and assessment of activity since the purposes of Corporation and finishing with personal tasks of development and functional (project) tasks of each employee.
The project team was faced by a problem of creation of a single system with the accessibility and monitoring of all chain of the purposes and the indicators corresponding to them - from setting, cascading and decomposition to contractors to assessment of results.
Owners of business process of FC Uralsib and consultants of EVOLA company entered into project team. The main feature of the project is the uniqueness of the business process of goal setting and assessment of activity developed especially for FC Uralsib that caused the necessity of the maximum adaptation of the HCM SAP ERP system under requirements of Corporation.
All staff of the company and heads of all levels are involved in process. The purposes of corporation and indicators corresponding to them by means of instruments of cascading and decomposition go down in the adapted type to the level of each employee of Corporation.
"As goal setting occurs "from top to down" that the purposes of Corporation reached each employee, and at assessment of activity of Corporation the contribution of each employee to achievement of goals of Corporation should be considered. Assessment of activity of each employee in reporting period consists of results of achievement of indicators, kaskadirovanny from the top level, and also personal and functional tasks", - Evgeny Kostyuchik, the head of department of organizational development of FC Uralsib explains process subtleties.
In the company process of goal setting and assessment of activity was automated in due time, however features of internal methodology were not considered by the standard module, and, besides, there was no opportunity in principle correctly to carry out the complex analysis of activity of the company and employees. Automation allowed to solve this problem and also to unify process of filling and to provide monitoring of filling of forms.
A large number of tasks which should be distributed between responsibles and also need of tracking of results of accomplishment of the delegated tasks and achievement of the delivered indicators is set for heads.
Automatic detection and reflection of estimates on such tasks and indicators at the level of division provided to heads uniform point of entry to information on results of accomplishment of the purposes. For convenience of approval of functional (project) tasks, parallel approval of tasks linear and functional heads and employees which provided access for the head only to accountable tasks of the employee was implemented.
