On June 19, 2012 Andrey Chernetsky is appointed the director of the department of business applications and technologies of Oracle in IBS. As the head of department he will be responsible for promotion of business of Group in the field of products and technologies of Oracle, development of these products and services and also for development of the strategic relations of IBS with Oracle corporation in Russia.

Among key tasks of the new head there is Oracle in IBS – strengthening and expansion of a team of specialists of department, development of competences IBS in the existing and perspective directions of a product line of Oracle, active work with customers.

Biography

Andrey Chernetsky has a wide experience in plot area effective implementation the practician in the large IT companies. In particular, before (2010-2011) Andrey directed directorate of Oracle in TopS BI company where he formed a professional team of specialists of Oracle and brought the company to the leading positions on the Oracle Hyperion direction. In 2002-2003 Andrey Chernetsky on a position of the director of the department of business solutions of Oracle in BDO Unicon company, created the new direction of konsultantsionny implementation services of Oracle applications E-Business Suite which specialists were involved with Oracle company in the project of the Russian localization Oracle E-Business Suite. In 1999-2002 he was engaged in business development on implementation of ERP systems of Oracle in LANIT Holding where with its active participation it was created and successfully the first partner authorized training center according to business applications of Oracle worked. In total Andrey Chernetsky is engaged in creation of active interaction with the Russian office Oracle more than 16 years – since 1996.
