VGNA implements the automation equipment of settlings with students

The All-Russian state tax academy together with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed product introduction "BIT: Calculation of grants".

The decision on creation of the single accounting system which would allow to automate all tasks of payroll calculation and grants, etc. was accepted in 2011 the management of VGNA. Project implementation was charged to BIT company.

Solution

Specialists of BIT company set software "BIT: Calculation of grants", performed tuning.

Result

Timely and precise calculation of salary and grants taking into account features of university is as a result provided, formation of the regulated reporting is automated.

The following problems are solved:

• calculation of grants and other allowances for 2000 students of academy;
• calculation of the regulated taxes;
• accounting of students;
• payment of grants and deposition;
• formation of postings by the accounting chart of accounts;
• formation of all analytical reports on the salary and a grant on financing sources, articles of financing, KOSGU and codes of budget classification.
