All-Russian state tax academy

The All-Russian state tax academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (VGNA of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation) is created by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1388 of 11/23/1996 for the solution of the major national objective of providing tax authorities with the qualified personnel having the profile professional training meeting requirements of the industry as in qualitative, and quantitative aspects. Functions on educational, educational methodically, scientific and information analytically to providing tax authorities and also on system management of preparation, occupational retraining and advanced training of tax employees are assigned to VGNA of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
