2012: Transformation into the Ministry of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory

On the basis of the resolution of the head of administration (governor) of Krasnodar Krai of June 28, 2012 No. 741 "About the Ministry of Agriculture and processing promyshlennostikrasnodarsky edge" Department of agriculture and processing industry of Krasnodar Krai it is renamed into the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of Krasnodar Krai with accession of Management to it on wine growing,^[1] of^[1] of^[1].

The Ministry of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory is the executive authority of the Krasnodar Territory, which carries out, within the limits of established competence, the development and implementation of state agrarian policy, the exercise of powers in the field of state support for agricultural production and processing industry, fisheries, aquaculture (fish farming) and protection of aquatic biological resources, viticulture and winemaking, breeding, land reclamation, including agroforestry, state tribal supervision, regional state supervision in the field of technical condition and operation of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment, attractions.

The Ministry implements the State agrarian policy in the Krasnodar Territory, aimed at creating conditions for the sustainable development of agricultural production and rural territories, their stable socio-economic development, increasing the volume of agricultural production, increasing the efficiency of agriculture, achieving full employment of the rural population and improving its standard of living, and rational use of land.

2004: Activities of the Department of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory

In accordance with the decree of the head of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory dated May 12, 2004 No. 432 "On the Department of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory," the Department was the executive authority of the Krasnodar Territory, carrying out the functions of state support and implementation of state policy in the field of agricultural production and processing industry, State policy on fisheries and conservation of aquatic bioresources, planning of agricultural land use, and state supervision of the technical condition of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment in order, established by federal legislation and the legislation of the Krasnodar^[2].
