In the Belgorod region the single system of management of financial and economic activity in health care is created

In Department of health care and social protection of the population of the Belgorod region the uniform regional system of accounting of financial and economic activity based on "PARUS is implemented there is a Budget 8", integrating 48 medical organizations. About 1200 users work with the software product.

A single regional system provides complex automation of financial and economic processes, including accounting and personnel records, tariffing of workers and payroll, inventory management, data of the reporting. Management of the medical personnel is automated taking into account all features of the industry of health care. Tasks of management of the state tasks, the analysis and the cost accounting of the medical organizations are solved.

Specialists of Department of health care had an opportunity of the operational analysis of financial and economic activity of the regional medical organizations on the basis of primary credentials, comparisons of efficiency of their activity.

The chief accountant of Department of health care and social protection of the population of the Belgorod region Valeria Sobakina emphasizes: "Work in the single database allowed to make accounting of subordinated organizations by more transparent that led to quality improvement of conducting budget accounting and formation of the budget reporting, reduction of terms of the solution of the managerial tasks facing department, first of all, control and analytical".

Integration of a system with the existing federal and regional information resources became an important project task. Software "PARUS-the Budget 8" was integrated with the system of the normative reference information of the Russian Ministry of Health, regional reference books of NSI, with the Federal register of health and pharmaceutical workers of the Russian Ministry of Health, with federal service "System of Management Accounting of Administrative Activity" EGIS-Zdrav, with MIS health Facilities TM: Zdorovye and the System of collecting, check, data and consolidation of the budget reporting of Finance department and budget policy of the Belgorod region.
