Was born on November 9, 1961 in Moscow.

Education

In 1984 graduated with honors from the Moscow financial institution (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) in "Finance and the credit".

Career

1984: Service in AF

From 1984 to 1986 - service in armed forces of the USSR.

1986: Vnesheconombank of the USSR

In banking sector since 1986.

From 1986 to 1992 worked in Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the USSR (since 2018 - "ВЭБ.РФ").

1992: IO of the Chairman of the board of JSB IFC

From 1992 to 1998 worked in JSB International Finance Company where there passed the way from the head of department of correspondence relations to the Acting Chairman of the board of JSB IFC.

1998: Vice chairman of the board of Rosbank

From 1998 to 1999 - the Vice chairman of the board of JSB Rosbank.

1999: Deutsche Bank

From 1999 to 2001 - the Board member of Deutsche Bank LLC.

2002: Vice chairman of the board of Avtobank

From 2002 to 2003 - the Vice chairman of the board of JSC Avtobank.

2003: Vice president of VTB

From 2003 to 2006 - the Vice president of JSC Vneshtorgbank.

2006: Chairman of the board of "MSP of Bank"

On September 26, 2006 it was appointed the Chairman of the board of JSC Russian Bank for Development (since April, 2011 - JSC MSP Bank).

In June, 2016 left a post of the Chairman of the board of financial institution^[1].
