In Gazprom energo replication of LanDocs in branches of the company is complete

In Gazprom energo LLC operation of a new automated system of documentary ensuring management (the EXPERT of preschool educational institution) on the LanDocs platform began fall of 2012. A main objective of this project is increase in efficiency of all corporate system of office-work and document flow. Earlier operating system allowed to carry out only registration and the accounting of documents. Now all processes of office-work are automated and also an opportunity to integrate in one information flow of 11 filial systems for remote work of all staff of the company is given.

"The automated system based on LanDocs meets our requirements in terms of information security support, convenience in work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents, their approval and collective work with them", - noted at a project startup Paramzin Alexey, the deputy CEO for automation of Gazprom energo.

Specialists of LANIT developed and implemented the solution on document flow and a dogovorooborot for administration of Gazprom energo based on LanDocs software and also the drawing solution which was implemented in three branches of the company - Central, Southern and Urengoy is developed. The EXPERT of preschool educational institution allowed to automate processes on processing of the entering, outgoing, organizational and administrative documents, office correspondence and protocols, acts and instructions for department of labor protection. During the project the tough route for processing of contractual documents using the module "LanDocs was also developed: routing" and also the solution for financial management regarding approval of requests for payment and requests for a tax payment is developed, the functionality on formation of the register of payments is implemented.

The director of the department of document management systems of LANIT Ltd Alexander Rodionov noted: "As a result of project implementation of Gazprom energo received the IT tool optimizing work of a significant amount of employees and allowing to estimate at once advantages of effectively organized workflow system at geographically distributed structure of the organization".

2013. Completion of replication

The LANIT company completed the works on replication of an automated system of documentary ensuring management (the EXPERT of preschool educational institution) on the LanDocs platform in eight branches "Gazprom energo" and a system is brought into operation, the press service of integrator reported on June 19, 2013.
