Gazprom Media Holding updates EDMS

The first iteration of implementation of LanDocs in Gazprom Media came to the end in March, 2011.

2014: Project Development

On January 29, 2014 the LANIT company announced project completion of implementation of the new version of an electronic document management system of LanDocs 3.0 in Gazprom Media.

Main objective - increase in efficiency of the existing office-work, unification and standardization of process of approval of contractual documentation, integration of software of LanDocs with software of Microsoft Dynamic Navision.

Project Results

As a result of implementation business processes of management of documents are optimized, integration of software of LanDocs with a corporate system of Microsoft Dynamic Navision is implemented.

Within the project processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence, organizational and administrative, reference, internal and contractual documentation, powers of attorney are automated.

Anna Nefedova, managing affairs of Gazprom Media, noted: "We want to use the latest useful technologies providing efficiency of documentary ensuring business processes of the enterprise in the work. As a result of system implementation the staff of the company notes significant reduction of "paper" document flow. Also a system allows to provide quick search of information and to increase the speed of information exchange in the organization. We hope that transition to electronic document management will give to company management new opportunities for operational management".
