Has more than 10-year work experience in information security field, from them more than 6 years on executive positions, has the operating status PCI QSA, took part in certified audits on behalf of BSI MS CIS, Russian Register is a non-staff auditor of information security management systems and IT services of Association on certification, has profound knowledge and experience in the field of management of cybersecurity and IT.

In 2004 Vyacheslav graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPI) in "Computers, complexes, systems and networks", and later received MBA degree with specialization "Information management (CIO)" at Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation.

The professional career began in the Russian scientific center "Kurchatov Institute", further it headed department of information security of M-City Information postal service. Since 2010 worked in NIP Informzashita Ltd in department of audit, was engaged in carrying out audits and consultations on data security of payment cards (PCI DSS), management of cybersecurity (service station of BR IBBS, ISO/IEC 27001:2005), ensuring business continuity and so forth. In 2012 headed the direction of audit and consulting of Andek company.

Since June, 2012 Vyacheslav Maximov, the deputy CEO of Andek company, headed the direction on process optimization of information security management within which services in reduction of information systems and business processes in compliance to requirements of the legislation and standards in the field of cybersecurity are rendered (152-FZ 161-FZ PCI DSS SERVICE STATION OF BR IBBS, ISO 27001, BS 25777, BS 25999, etc.). Its key task — increase in operational and strategic efficiency of the direction, development of a service portfolio, expansion of examination of employees.

Special attention is paid to scope of rendering services in implementation of requirements for data protection in national payment system and to reduction of information systems and business processes in compliance to the changing requirements of the legislation in the field of personal data protection. Several months in the Russian Federation works on change of approach to determination of requirements for personal data protection are conducted that attracts also a standard change of the Bank of Russia on providing Information Security. Not so long ago there was Federal law No. 161-FZ the "On the National Payment System", "Regulations on data protection in payment system" (software of the Russian Federation No. 584) were approved, and at the end of May the Bank of Russia offered for consideration draft documents on data protection in national payment system.

Since March 10, 2015 operational management by Andek company was exercised by Maximov Vyacheslav Borisovich working as the Deputy CEO of the company.
