In Vzlet-Altay company implementation of an ECM system comes to the end

In Vzlet-Altay LLC system implementation of management of documents " is completed by eDocLib: Asset Business". Development and deployment was performed by KS-Consulting LLC company.

Background

In attempt to connect production documents with agreements and to make transparent project management, the management of the enterprise came to need of implementation of an ECM system. A choice was made for benefit of the solution "by eDocLib: Asset Business", developments of KS-Consulting LLC.

Solution

The main objectives requiring the solution – creation of the corporate data warehouse, tracking of course of execution of tasks, access isolation to documents and a possibility of quick search of information on the database. At the same time, the specifics of the project were defined in many respects by inclusion in a system as users of younger engineering structure - the construction electricians, heating engineers, electronics engineers working directly at objects.

In implementation process of the project it was succeeded to build the scheme of the movement of documents, more accurately to register hierarchy and functionality of specialists of Vzlet-Altay LLC and even to implement a number of specific tasks (for example, "possible transactions" – projects on which clients have only an intention which is not supported with sufficient financing so far are entered into a system).

In total at this stage 18 jobs of a system are set.

Plans and expectations

All complex of works, including installation of a server part, setup of a configuration and reference books, training of the technologist was complete in June, 2012. And until the end of a month it is going to complete a final stage during which the huge card file of checkings of the equipment from Access DBMS (about 11 thousand records) will be imported to the database of a system "by eDocLib: An asset Business" that will allow to pass to the new control circuit with the enterprise without pauses, failures and losses of information.
