For April, 2014 "MMX" enters the five of the largest private radio corporations of Russia by the number of the broadcasting radio stations.

• Вest FM (100,5 FM),
• ROCK FM (95,2 FM),
• ULTRA (works in the Internet broadcasting mode) and also
• Russian news agency - "National News Service" ("NNS").

On the website www.nsn.fm operational news, exclusive comments and reports from the place of events are published. Besides the NSN agency prepares each hour information releases for 4 radio stations "Multimedia of Holding": Our radio, Best FM, ROCK FM. The number of listeners of news blocks of NSN only in Moscow approaches one and a half million people.

The cumulative weekly audience of stations "Multimedia of Holding" in Moscow makes about 3 million listeners, and Our radio taking into account distribution in several tens regions of Russia listens to more than 6 million people.

History

Multimedia Holding is formed in 2010.

In 2012 Multimedia Holding revived production of vinyl records in Russia.

2014: Purchase of Radio Jazz

In July, 2014 Multimedia Holding completed the transaction on acquisition of Dzhaz radio station which broadcasts in Moscow at a frequency of 89.1 MHz. The CEO of holding Sergey Afanasyev said that Radio Jazz is one of the most stylish and recognizable brands of the FM industry with a huge potential. The new owner is going to hold rating positions and to achieve commercial synergy: to advertisers will propose packaged solutions on resources of five^[1].

"Radio Jazz" broadcasts since 2002, on air of radio station Contemporary Jazz ("modern jazz"), Smooth Jazz, Blues, Jazz Standard sound. The project is focused on the bonus segment of audience appreciating audiocomfort.

Shortly before this Radio Jazz together with the Klassik station were purchased by Belief, Hope, Love non-profit organization which develops Radio of Vera. Frequencies the classic were occupied by orthodox radio, and the fate of Jazz remained indefinite.
