In central research institute of Krylov implementation of electronic archive of technical assets comes to the end

CORUS Consulting completed the project of creation of electronic archive of technical assets by means of the product Conteq DocSpace on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform in Federal State Unitary Enterprise Gosudarstvenny scientific center of the Russian Federation "Central Research and Development Institute of a name of the academician A.N. Krylov".

Solution

In one of key divisions of institute – "Laboratories of Dynamics of the Ships and Courts" – CORUS Consulting Group implemented the system of electronic archive on the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform using the product Conteq DocSpace. The electronic archive provides information support of the main production process – a research of dynamics of objects of marine facilities.

During the project the intranet portal, cards for registration of assets, a hierarchical structure of storage on the basis of project activity, means of collective work on documents are developed and configured.

Implementation of electronic archive - a part of the large project on reconstruction of test pools and management systems for tests which is carried out to central research institute of Krylov by Indikator special design bureau.
