Credit Europe Bank (Microsoft Lync Server 2010)

The Softline company within project implementation of upgrade of a mail system in CREDIT EVROPA BANK Ltd, carried out deployment of the communication solution on the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 platform.

Passing project

Mikhail Kasradze-Panasyan, the head of department of infrastructure of information technologies "the CREDIT EUROPE BANK", noted: "During works on upgrade of mail infrastructure one more project with specialists of department of solutions of Microsoft of Softline company – implementation of conference communication based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 started".

Solution

For work of call center in Bank the solution on the Genesys platform is implemented. For the organization of conferences between employees in a branch network the decision to implement a product of Microsoft is made. As the main business customers of this project the Department of marketing, Department of security systems, Directorate on work with personnel (HR) and Department of information technologies of Bank acted.

First of all video and audio conferences for the organization of training of employees and holding meetings between remote offices, a possibility of transfer of management of a desktop and joint work over documents are configured.

Opinion

Vyacheslav Trembitsky, the head on business development of department of sales of Softline company, emphasized: "This project is performed within the contract Enterprise Agreement as a result of which the Bank not only completely closed the needs for licensing, but also could upgrade IT infrastructure to the advanced level".
