Project budget

On implementation of modern information systems within the program of upgrade of health care of the Orenburg region in 2011 about 80 million rubles are mastered, in 2012 it is necessary to master about 260 million rubles.

Project scale

42 public and municipal authorities of health care of the Orenburg region – 30% of all health facilities of area participate in the project.

Equipment procurements

In 2011 the Ministry of Health conducts the centralized equipment procurement: the automated workplace – 1484 pieces; the multifunction printing device – 738 pieces.

In 2012 the Ministry of Health plans the centralized equipment procurement: the automated workplace – 1101 pieces; the multifunction printing device – 553 pieces.

The participating health facilities (42 organizations) until the end of 2012 will have a local computer network from 100% a scope of the jobs which are subject to automation.

The implemented processes

At this stage one of the major project deliverables is creation of the Dispatching center of the Ministry of Health of the Orenburg region.

Record count: 2010 – 132; 2011 – 9,845; 2012 the I quarter – more than 4,000.

Besides, the Central archive of medical images of the Orenburg region is created. The archive accumulates pictures from 18 health facilities of area from 38 digital devices. Now it contains over 150 thousand images.

Further plans

Tasks for 2013-2020 are dictated Regional target program "Informatization of health care of the Orenburg region for 2013-2020":

• Transfer of all health facilities for work with "the electronic medical record"
• Lease of server capacities (DPC) for placement of applied components or increase in capacities of the IC "Dispatching Center of the Orenburg Region"
• Formation of the portal of the patient with providing access to personal medical information using electronic identifiers
