As of 2016 in Administration of Krasnoyarsk Krai using EDMS CompanyMedia 5.5 thousand jobs are automated.

The project of transition of executive authorities of Krasnoyarsk Krai to essentially new organization of work with documents started. On May 28, 2012 step-by-step system implementation of electronic document management in the ministries, the administration of the governor and the government of the region, administration of the governor, government office of edge began.

As the software solution for the organization of electronic document management it was selected within tender EDMS CompanyMedia, developed by the Moscow company "InterTrust". It is already implemented and successfully works in the Penza, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Novosibirsk, Omsk regions, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area, city administration of Krasnoyarsk, many large organizations and the enterprises.

This year CompanyMedia will be set in 18 public authorities of Krasnoyarsk Krai in 1,222 workplaces. Where earlier versions of a system are used, updating of EDMS will be organized.

Using CompanyMedia office-work, control of execution of instructions of the management, preparation for meetings and meetings, work with citizens' appeals, creation of reports will be automated. Transfer process of databases in an electronic form will begin.

Main objective of the project – increase in efficiency of acceptance of management decisions, transparency and efficiency of work with documents therefore it is going to receive big economic return.

In the nearest future the list of specialists who will be trained in work in a system will be created. After setup of jobs and installation of a system exchange of documents between authorities in encrypted form via secure channels of communication will begin.

Specialists of the ministry of informatization and communication of edge note that a system is technically steady against different possible failures in work, backup of information and various means of protecting will prevent any damage of documents, resolutions and other information.

The full-fledged work will begin since January 1, 2013. Are laid great hopes on an electronic document management system. With its help we are going to provide operational interaction of staff of OGV, to optimize document flow, to adjust control of performance of resolutions and orders of the governor and the government of Krasnoyarsk Krai", - the deputy minister of informatization and communication of edge Dmitry Chernikov noted.
