The Monopoliya transport company implemented 1C:Enterprise 8 with the assistance of BIT company.
Start
The Monopoliya company quickly enough passed from category of the young company into the recognizable organization with several offices and a large number of clients. When the number of transportations grew from 100 to 1300 a month, and vehicle fleet rose by 53 units of transport, it became obvious that for processing of such amount of data of spreadsheets it is not enough. Programs in which order taking and settling with clients were conducted did not allow to consolidate information. Continually in base there was a duplication of data on responsible drivers and the selected transport that complicated tracking of information on the one to whom exactly and that transported, and, above all - for what amount. In addition to automation of order taking and management accounting, it was required to adjust operational data exchange between the Moscow and St. Petersburg divisions of the company.
