Content

NR company provided a corporate service portal of EPAM Systems company with the advanced IT tools constructed based on HP Service Manager.

Solution

In the project progress the solution of NR Service Manager is integrated with Microsoft Active Directory, a mail system, schedule system and managements of employee occupation and a management system for server company assets that allowed EPAM Service Portal (ESP) to manage the services and processes which are the cornerstone of corporate IT infrastructure of the company.

Result

The solution of NR Service Manager allowed ERAM to increase business performance, having given to specialists of the company the chance to introduce into circulation new processes, including configuration management and changes, knowledge management and asset management. The IT specialists who were engaged in implementation not just transferred already working processes to a new system, but also optimized them and implemented new. The flexibility of the solution of NR Service Manager allowed ERAM to expand already wide functionality of the being available services. Some system modules were finished for increase in convenience of using and improvement of compatibility with the existing processes.
