"INTALEV: Corporate management" in the Ukrainian agroholding "MRIYa"

Need of automation of process of budget planning and formation of the management reporting arose in the company proceeding from the following premises:

• Restrictions of the used software for budgeting;
• Need of automation and consolidation of budgets for all divisions of the enterprise;
• Need of operating control of execution of budgets.

The MRIYa Agroholding company carried out market monitoring of consulting services and programs for automation of budgeting systems, management accounting and the reporting, and TOP MANAGEMENT of holding stopped the choice on a program and methodical complex "INTALEV: Corporate management". Making the decision to cooperate about INTALEV, the management of agroholding considered positive reputation of INTALEV company, rich project experience, readiness to find optimal solutions of problems of the client and also competently organized presentation of the project.

The project on automation of a budgeting system started in December, 2011 and was complete in a short time, having taken less than 3 months.

During the project the following objectives were achieved:

• Forms for introduction of budgets of all divisions are automated
• The possibility of formation of budgets of cash flow on the basis of income and expenditure budgets is implemented
• Automatic formation of final budgets of BDR, BDDS, Budget of investments
• KPI of the main activities are automated
• An opportunity to exercise budget control and to analyze plan-fact deviations both on different budgets, and on KPI is had
• All settings were performed together with the staff of agroholding, thanks to it the company can independently develop a system, make the changes in a budgeting model corresponding to development of the enterprise.
• In a project deliverable the company received a modern budgeting system, to the requirements of the enterprise udovletvoryayushchuyupostoyanno increasing.
