Automation of the warehouse "Dzhileks" based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

The iSolutions company and DZHILEKS company, producer of popular submersible pumps and water supply systems, signed the agreement on complex automation of a finished goods warehouse based on the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX (AXAPTA).

Within this project on section of packaging of finished goods and in a warehouse it is going to unroll wireless WiFi-network for work of data collection terminals. Data collection terminals of Motorola company (SYMBOL) and the printing campaign Zebra equipment will be used for implementation of transactions in a warehouse. A server part of the solution is supposed to be placed on the equipment of IBM company and the environment of virtualization Microsoft Hyper-V.

As a warehouse management system the industry solution of iSolutions-Logistika based on Microsoft Dynamics AX (Aksapt) is selected. Functional features of the solution will allow to automate merchandising accounting process, since production. On section of packaging of products product acceptance on a warehouse will be performed. A system has necessary functionality for optimal placement of products in a zone of long storage, replenishment action in zones of a complete set of orders, control of correctness of assembly of orders. Feature of implementation is implementation of stuffed racks of long storage and also assembly of orders in a zone of gravitational racks.
