Khabarovsk technology college (Secret Net)

Products of development of Code of Security company are applied to data protection solving of tasks, including personal data, in the organizations and at the enterprises of different branches of the economy and the different size. The implementation of the Secret Net software products made in the 2nd quarter 2012 option K and Security Studio Endpoint Protection (SSEP) in the Khabarovsk technology college became an example of award enforcement of Code of Security in educational institutions of the small and medium size.

The Khabarovsk technology college - educational institution in which at the initiative of the management some pilot solutions are implemented. After reform of budgetary institutions the college by one of the first became autonomous budget organization. The management of educational institution pays much attention to a compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of personal data protection. The task to carry out the project on creation of a system of personal data protection was set for IT specialists of college.

For implementation of an assigned task by the product provider of development of Code of Security company by Softline company it was offered to carry out the project on product introduction of SSEP and Secret Net 6 option K of development of Code of Security company. On consideration of functionality of these products the decision on their implementation was made.

First of all the SSEP and SecretNet 6 software products option K are implemented for the data protection making personal data and processed in accounting and personnel services of this educational institution.

Product introduction in the IT system of college is made by the staff of the Softline company having the status premier Enterprise Partner of the company Code of Security.

During the project specialists of Softline made the self-contained unit of the SSEP and SecretNet 6 software products option K on the protected workstations and servers that allowed not to interrupt usual processes of exploitation of IT – systems the staff of the organization. Export of the Secret Net 6 settings option K allowed to unroll products on all protected nodes quickly and quickly. With the solution SSEP there were also no difficulties, setup of the software product took the minimum time.

During implementation and further operation of the specified information security tools there was no need of the address to technical support service of Code of Security.

Secret Net product-based information security system option K and Security Studio Endpoint Protection from Kod bezopasnosti LLC company was organically integrated into IT infrastructure of college.

IT specialists of the Khabarovsk technology college also note that presence at the products Secret Net version K and Security Studio Endpoint Protection of the necessary FSTEC certificates confirming compliance to requirements of the legislation in the field of personal data protection allowed to implement all necessary regulations on personal data protection in this educational institution.
