Biography

was born on May 3, 1972 in Moscow.

Education

1989: MSSVU

In 1989 with honors graduated from the Moscow Suvorov Military School.

1995: VVIA of N.E. Zhukovsky

In 1995 graduated from Military and air engineering academy of the prof. N.E. Zhukovsky (since 2011 - Military and air academy of a name of professor N.E. Zhukovsky and Yu.A. Gagarin) in the air radio-electronic equipment with qualification assignment "the research engineer of the knowledge-intensive directions".

2002: A postgraduate study of MGAPI - Candidate of Technical Sciences

In 2002 completed postgraduate studies at the Moscow state academy of instrument making and information science (since 2016 - the Russian technology university) and defended the dissertation for a degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the subject "Industrial Application of Methods of Non-destructive Testing (the Compton Tomography) at One-sided Control of Internal State of Difficult Objects".

Career

1995: VVIA of N.E. Zhukovsky

Labor activity of the beginnings in September, 1995 the engineer of laboratory at department of aviation radio-electronic complexes in VVIA of N.E. Zhukovsky.

Work in commercial structures

Then held positions of the engineer on automation, the head of department of development and sale of a specialized software in commercial structures.

Later headed the project in NPO Spektr.

2005: Embassy of the Russian Federation in Republic of India

From April, 2005 to May, 2009 worked abroad as the secretary of Embassy of the Russian Federation in Republic of India, being responsible for a perspective of double-sided sci-tech cooperation.

Upon return headed marketing department of Institute of regional economic researches at the Government of Moscow.

2011: Rostec

In May, 2011 it was invited to work in Rostec Group to a position of the adviser to the deputy CEO for economic problems and issues of the international cooperation. In corporation at different times executed duties of the adviser to the Chairman of the board of directors of JSC Kontserna Orion, JSC Izhmash (Kalashnikov), was a part of Board of Directors of the Irtysh company entering into Russian Electronics holding, Institute of exact mechanics and ADP equipment to them S.A. Lebedeva.

2012: CEO of RT-Inform

In structure of Corporation directed a number of business projects, including creation of PPP and Competence Center of Corporation in the field of IT - RT-Inform LLC. From 2012 to 2013 worked as the CEO of RT-Inform LLC.

In combination held positions of the Director of strategic development of JSC Azimouth, the deputy CEO of JSC Kontserna Orion holding.

2014: The vice-chairman of the Russian-Singapore Business Council at CCI of the Russian Federation

Since September, 2014 started fulfillment of duties of the Chief executive, and then and vice-chairman Rossiysko-Singapore Business Council at CCI OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. Joins the board of the Russian-Singapore Business Council.

2015: CEO "RSDS trading house

After education at Council of management company - became RSDS Trading House LLC in 2015 its CEO.
