Alliance Healthcare Russia completed security audit in a part of personal data processing

Softline completed the project of carrying out audit existing and developments of the missing, internal documents of the customer of Alliance Helskea Rus LLC regulating questions of personal data processing according to requirements of the Federal law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "About personal data".

Task

For implementation of all requirements of the legislation of Alliance Healthcare Russia carried out the choice of the contractor, as a result signed the agreement with Softline company.

Solution

Experts of Softline booked audit of all business processes of the company participating in personal data processing and also the internal documents regulating personal data processing of employees and clients of the company. The analysis of the existing documentation was performed and the assessment of its compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data is carried out.

According to the results of project implementation recommendations about reduction of these documents in compliance to requirements are prepared and also the necessary set of the organizational and administrative documentation regulating processing and personal data protection is developed.
