The service for archives of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area summed up the results of an open competition on execution of works on creation and filling of the uniform information retrieval system of electronic archive. ELAR corporation became the winner.
Development and deployment of a system is carried out within the Departmental target program "Documentary Heritage of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area (2011-2013)". Creation industry automated accounting and the information retrieval system using the software of "ELAR-SAPERION" and AIS ELAR-archive was the first stage of the project.
The created uniform information retrieval system is intended for automation of activity of service for archives of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area and the State archive of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.
The purpose of work is increase in efficiency of activities of archive organizations of YaNAO for satisfaction of needs of users of gosuslugi.ru for retrospective archive information.
