Ukrfinansa (Microsoft SharePoint 2010)

The Innoware company completed an implementation project of a project management system on the Microsoft Project Server 2010 platform in the company of Ukrfinansa – one of market leaders of professional collecting arrears in Ukraine.

Prior to the beginning of the project the company of Ukrfinansa already used Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, however for more effective implementation of the projects the decision to involve external experts who would help to customize a system according to functional requirements and to bring it into operation was made. Receiving the effective integrated tool for management of such business processes, important for the company, as was a main objective of the project:

• management of works to avoid an overload of project teams and to use time with maximum efficiency;
• project management;
• registration of the ideas and proposals of personnel on improvement business of processes of the company;
• formation of new projects on the basis of the approved offers on optimization.

As the partner for accomplishment of this project the Innoware company was selected, and as the platform for creation of a required information system the Microsoft Project Server 2010 software products for project management and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 for registration and management of requests at a stage of initiation of projects were selected. The project took about 1.5 months, at the same time was executed with economy of the planned budget.
