The football club "Rubin" implements the solution of financial control

The Neti company finished the first stage of implementation of a corporate system of FC Rubin on the 1C Platform 8.2.

Within the project the budgeting system and control of contract activities of the organization on the ERP platform 1C: Enterprise 8.2 is implemented. The implemented functionality allowed to systematize the existing register of agreements, to increase quality of control of receivables and to exclude agreement signature not approved with legal and financial service of the company.

Result

System implementation of budgeting allowed to increase budget implementation control, the liquidity management and simplified process of preparation of financial statements for the services controlling the organization.

Within the next stage automation of a logistic circuit, system implementation of cost management of the organization and preparation of the external reporting for the Football Union of Russia is planned.
