Specialists of Inform Active automated a management and accounting activity in Briz Stroitelnye Mashiny LLC using the software product 1C: Integrated Automation 8.
Result
Thanks to implementation of 1C the management of holding had an opportunity to conduct all types of accounting in uniform information base:
- tax and accounting,
- management accounting,
- registration of personnel,
- payroll.
The automated system allows to control, in addition, creditor and receivables, classification of debtors, to use a broad set of the available reports and flexible configurations of tools for creation of new.
By the beginning
The Breeze Construction Machines company used the 1C:Enterprise 8 programs, however, in process of growth of the company and its turnovers there was a need of creation of the single database containing information on all types of accounting. Having analyzed requirements and wishes of customer company, consultants of Inform Active suggested to carry out business process automation in a complex — based on the solution 1C: Integrated Automation 8. Such choice was caused by the fact that this product not only includes all types of accounting necessary for the customer based on earlier used programs, but also allows to integrate data on them and to perform collecting of analytical data for detailed efficiency analysis of management.
Solution
In the course of implementation specialists of Inform Active executed transfer of a remaining balance of software products: 1C: Accounting 8, 1C: Trade Management 8, 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, installed and configured the program for further work, consulted the staff of Briz Stroitelnye Mashiny LLC.
