BPC Bank Technologies announced the launch of the SmartVista family of products will be implemented in Indonesia's largest processing company, ARTAJASA, and will support the company's aggressive development strategy.

SmartVista on the HP NonStop platform will manage the authorization and routing of transactions carried out using new channels. Based on the results of the tender, in which the decisions of leading international vendors took part, ARTAJASA management chose the SmartVista family of products, characterized by a unique combination of the latest technologies, modern functionality and capabilities to significantly reduce the total cost of ownership of the system.
The SmartVista family of products will be deployed on the HP NonStop platform as an additional switch gateway that interacts with the company's existing Base24 Classic system. In order to shorten the time for new products to market and increase competitiveness, ARTAJASA will transfer the routing and authorization of transactional flows through new channels to the modern and flexible SmartVista platform. BPC Bank Technologies will also implement a SmartGuard solution to prevent fraud before it occurs. Effective fraud prevention is only possible when monitoring 100% of transactions in real time, so the SmartGuard solution on the HP NonStop platform will be used to monitor transaction flows processed by both SmartVista and Base24 Classic.
Project implementation
BPC Bank Technologies plans to introduce SmartSwitch and SmartATM solutions from the SmartVista family of products. SmartSwitch - the transaction flow management authorization subsystem - together with SmartATM will allow you to process transactions, monitor and support the ATM network in real time. Thanks to the extensive capabilities of the BPC solution, ARTAJASA will be able to significantly accelerate the implementation of its own long-term strategy, including the release of chip cards and updating the terminal network, as well as providing consumers with a number of additional services. In addition, the company will be able to significantly reduce the total cost of ownership of the system, reduce the time to market of products and maximize the availability and reliability of online services. ARTAJASA plans to use SmartVista's capabilities to manage POS terminal networks and support mobile commerce projects.
