ELAR corporation won an open competition on development and deployment of a subsystem of electronic archive for the automated complex of documentary ensuring management of branches of JSC "System Operator of the Unified Energy System".
In branches of Interconnected dispatching offices of JSC SO UES in seven regions of the Russian Federation ELAR corporation will implement the electronic archive integrated with the accounting system of the customer. As a software platform version 7.1 ELAR SAPERION system which repeatedly proved for reliable and long-term storage of copies of documents is selected.
The electronic storage of copies of documents of archive and user fund created by JSC SO UES will allow to lower time expenditure on search and receiving up-to-date information. Project implementation will also give the chance to minimize the number of transactions with paper originals of documents and to automate processes of formation and transfer of affairs. The project is going to be completed at the end of 2012.
