Novgorodnefteprodukt the SCOUT for monitoring of the park of fuel trucks selected a system

The Novgorodnefteprodukt company selected a System SCOUT for GLONASS/GPS monitoring of the park of fuel trucks. As a result of use of technologies of satellite tracking the company is going to increase safety of transportations of fuel and to optimize processes of logistics.

At the end of the 2011th year the company management Novgorodnefteprodukt made the decision to raise the service level of the clients due to improvement of such indicators as an adherence to deadlines of delivery and decrease in quantity of logistic errors. For equipment of vehicle fleet of the company from four tens vehicles among which is as the import equipment domestic so preference was given to the System of satellite monitoring of production of SCOUT Group.

In addition to the equipment used for accomplishment of fixed functions of satellite tracking, the Novgorodnefteprodukt company equipped the fuel trucks with "the disturbing button". This additional function allows the driver to signal quickly about a non-staff situation to the manager that in turn increases safety of transportations of oil products in general.

The management of Novgorodnefteprodukt LLC notes the importance of the project for the company: "We are leaders in the Novgorod region in wholesales of oil products. Most the industrial, agro-industrial and municipal enterprises purchase fuel on our oil depots and gas station. We are positive for the first results of use of a System SCOUT: we know where there is our transport, we can make decisions more quickly. It increases efficiency of our work. Besides, use of a System the SCOUT allows us to observe the order of Ministry of Transport about obligatory equipment of carriers of dangerous loads satellite navigation of GLONASS".

The project of equipment which came to the end with summer of the 2012th year was executed by the official dealer of SCOUT Group – TEConts company. Further Novgorodnefteprodukt is going to continue cooperation and to equip new fuel trucks and mobile refuellers with the equipment SCOUT.
