Severalmaz (ALROSA) (SCOUT - Satellite control of motor transport and accounting of fuel)

in the summer of 2012 the SCOUT group completed the project on system implementation of GLONASS of monitoring of transport and special equipment on one of the diamond fields, largest in Europe. The solution SCOUT allowed Severalmaz mining company to cut down monthly fuel expenses on 20 tons. It was succeeded to increase efficiency of service of logistics considerably.

For the purpose of optimization of transportation costs in summer of 2011 the management of industrial enterprise made the decision to equip vehicle fleet with the monitoring GLONASS/GPS system. A system SCOUT was selected by the customer as an optimal solution of current problems: exclude an inefficient consumption of combustible material and inappropriate use of special equipment.

At the beginning of the third quarter 2012 monitoring modules SCOUT equipped 120 units of transport, including fuel trucks, CAT777 dump trucks, heavy-load KamAZ and BelAZ, buses PAZ, the Toyota Hilux pickups. Several automated jobs of managers were equipped.

As a result of effective system implementation of transport control SCOUT, cases of plunder by workers not less than 20 tons of fuel were opened. Concerning 5 now of former employees of the diamond-mining enterprise criminal cases are brought.

Besides, attempts of inappropriate use of working transport were stopped. All these factors allowed to reduce significantly costs and to lift work of the enterprise to qualitatively new level".

A System the SCOUT of the Arkhangelsk diamond-mining enterprise implemented the project of equipment the authorized partner of SCOUT Group - Arkhmotordetal company. With their help in further JSC Severalmaz the SCOUT is going to equip with a System new units of the purchased equipment.
