Vakuummash (Constant: Standard of process management (K.SUP))

During the development the enterprise independently performed implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 and Constant: Standard of Process Management (C:SPM) software products. Nevertheless, the information system received as a result did not solve the main problem of JSC Vakuummash: the existing method of conducting production accounting still did not allow the plant to increase production volume to meet high demand on the products.

Without having found a way out of current situation, the management of JSC Vakuummash asked for the help the KSUP developer of Konstanta company.

The following task was set for Konstanta Group: reveal what defects in use of software products exist and as it is possible to increase effectiveness of work of the enterprise using more effective use of these systems.

In short terms (5 days according to standards of the company) specialists booked audit of the accounting system of the plant. "Based on audit the detailed plan of the organizational actions directed to creation of the information system which is completely corresponding to requirements of the enterprise was provided to the management of JSC Vakuummash, - the direct participant of audit Nikolay Teratsov reports, - besides we formulated specific recommendations about making changes in software products and an order of accounting at the plant".

Now JSC Vakuummash can independently start implementation of steps which will help to create an operable information system. However, having estimated experience and level of competence of specialists of Konstanta Group, the plant is going to cooperate further with the company already regarding implementation of the made plan. It is better to entrust any case to the specialist.
