Constant: Standard of process management (K.SUP)

"K.SUP" is the tool giving a wide range of possibilities for business process modeling and electronic document management of any complexity that distinguishes it from other existing standard systems in the field of office-work and document flow. The Konstanta company announced in August, 2011 a release of the new version of the "Standard 1 C of Process Management" software product based on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2 in which specialists put emphasis on quality and convenience of work.

As the CEO of Konstanta company Shishkin Andrey Aleksandrovich noted: "At release of this version we considered experience with the software product based on 8.1. In new option our specialists as much as possible used the possibilities of the new platform allowing to work with the application via the browser. As a result, work with business processes became more mobile, and the most important - its efficiency increased".

In addition, experts adapted interfaces for work with the application based on tablet computers that allows to create considerably more application portable, than in former option.

Such innovation first of all is most interesting to those who is interested in implementation - first of all this management of the companies. Considering that the specifics of work of the top officials are connected with frequent traveling, and at the same time, realizing their need to participate in a management system business for processes, it was necessary to create more mobile management tool. The new version of a product excluded such negative factor as "knocking-out" of the head from online access to an information system that does all management system business by processes disabled. Existence of web of access, the "thin" client and an opportunity to work on the tablet computer allows to increase chances of a project success of implementation of this sort of systems.

Standard of process management 2.4 (K.SUP)

• The instrument of setup of a form of a task is created. Details on a task form it is possible to group and locate for each task individually now. In the next versions expansion of this mechanism is planned: adding of registrations, scenery, buttons, groups of columns, etc.
• The mechanism of restriction of values for the choice is implemented. For details of a task it is possible to set selection using values of other details, specific values or any expressions now. The selection form will be open for this field with the included selection. If the detail does not satisfy to selection any more, then it will be cleaned, and the user is notified by the corresponding message.
• The designer of an algorithm is created. With the advent of the designer of algorithms it became simpler to add algorithms on creation of a new element or selection. In the next version expansion of opportunities of the existing algorithms and adding of new designers is planned.
• The local referred to as constants are added. Constants simpler in creation and use in comparison with global are added. They exist only within an algorithm and can be transmitted through exchange.
• Accomplishment of system tasks in a background is implemented. Earlier on waiting of end of a number of labor-consuming transactions (accomplishment of the movement of process, event handling, mailing of mail) the user had to spend a lot of time that affected the speed of its work. In the new version these transactions work asynchronously.
• The description of a session is added. On a session instead of the comment the formatted document in which it is possible to paint features of a session in detail is added. This document can also be output to a form of a task and to edit directly in a task. This innovation will be useful for processes where work with the description, for example the bug tracker is required.
• The subsystem of BSP "Report versions" is implemented. The new subsystem allows to save report versions in base, to transfer them to other users and to display in a panel of reports.
• Start on a context is improved. In BP it is possible to specify now restriction of an object type on which the session can be started. At start on a source in the list of business processes in the form of start only those processes which are available to this object will be displayed.
• Comments on tasks and sessions are implemented in the form of a chat. The chat is available both on a task, and at a session. Now any comment can be inserted into an e-mail, having received its HTML code
• The subsystem of BSP to version 1.2.3.1 is updated
• The feature to specify actually spent time in a task is added
• The appearance of templates of e-mails and signatures to them is improved
