Baulyuks (Constant: Standard of process management (K.SUP))

In Baulyuks company (the producer of betonit) the business process under approval and processing of requests for a funds expenditure which is a part of financial planning for the short-term period was automated. It is worth noticing that this process, as well as some other functional processes, can be automated using workflow systems, without integration with the accounting system. But if process proceeds in the workflow system, then the user can execute the tasks (the analysis of settlement, terms of the contract, comparison to data of the budget) in the accounting system. In a case with Baulyuks company automation of this process allowed to exclude from a decision making chain according to requests at once accounting which was engaged in providing data on settlement earlier that, undoubtedly, increased the speed of decision-making and considerably "unloaded" the staff of department. In plans of the owner of process an exception of this chain of one more department, by automation of collecting of the data provided to them.
