The retail chain stores Four-eyes upgrade IT structure of a data network

The IBS Platformix company integrator created the protected corporate data network for salons of Four-eyes optics.

Task

It is whole the project - creation of uniform, reliable and safe IT infrastructure, including the systems of protection against invasions and the virus attacks. New infrastructure integrated the central office which is in Moscow, call center and the Moscow salons of the company in uniform virtual space. The telecommunication solution is collected on the Cisco platform.

Implementation

Implementation of the project was separated into two stages. In the beginning the pilot project was implemented on the platform IBS Platformix that allowed to carry out preliminary tests and tests. Then all equipment was transferred under management of Ochkarik network.

Within the first stage the existing infrastructure of the central office is partially upgraded, network infrastructure of call center is constructed and the protected connection between them is organized.

The second stage included works on installation and setup of the equipment meeting all performance requirements, availability, security, flexibility, scalability and controllability. For ensuring fault tolerance of infrastructure, including infrastructure of call center, all crucial elements were redundant. Remote offices of the company connect with each other by means of the channels organized through open network the Internet. These channels were reliably protected from loss of information and a possibility of unauthorized access to it from the outside. At deployment of infrastructure it was required to consider specifics of the equipment of telecom operators which provided a secure channel between the Moscow and Kaluga office

In a project deliverable the optical network Four-eyes received the protected infrastructure allowing to improve quality of work of the call center critical for business of service, to simplify implementation of resource-intensive applications and scalability according to the growing business needs.
