The collection company CredEx implements CRM technologies, increasing efficiency of customer interaction

The Terrasoft group announces project completion of automation in the collection agency CredEx. In a project deliverable the solution Terrasoft CRM is deployed.

Reality

A system is used by the company for the maximum increase in efficiency of work with different categories of debtors, automation of workflows on return of problem debts at all stages.

Result

Project implementation allowed CredEx to create the database integrating all information on debts in uniform space. Entering of data on new debtors is performed automatically from Excel of the tables provided by banks. The complete history of communications with debtors and guarantors on different communication channels – telephone negotiations, e-mail and the SMS of mailing, a meeting collects and stored in a system. Information storage on debts excludes risks of loss of data at staff movements, and gives the chance to new employees quickly to penetrate into workflow.

Terrasoft CRM provides to the management of the collection agency CredEx necessary tools of the reporting and analytics.
