Spetsmornefteport of Primorsk strengthens the mode of protection of the territory by additional radar stations

The Spetsmornefteport Primorsk company made scaling of security systems, having increased number of Orwell-R radar Station. The ELVIS group performed delivery of the radar-tracking system of protection of perimeter and the territory of objects [[of Orwell-R (radar station).

Objectives

At the end of 2011 the ELVIS group completed the contract of delivery of the radar-tracking system of protection of perimeter and the territory of objects for security of the Specialized sea oil port of Primorsk.

Based on system operation, for increasing the level of security of an object the decision on increase in number of the radar station integrated with rotary video cameras was made.

Spetsmornefteport of Primorsk it is focused on acceptance of oil from the trunk oil pipeline, storage and shipment of oil to tankers for the benefit of the oil companies of the Russian Federation and it is aimed at providing continuous process of transfer of oil for export. Stability of a company performance infringes not only on the interests of Russia, but also a number of the European countries located in regions of the Baltic and Northern seas. The systems of physical and environmental safety of this object should meet the highest requirements.

Complex security of an object of this kind should provide intruder detection on approaches to an object in the conditions of the big extent of the protected water area and sushi, the twisting coastline, remoteness of numerous constructions (the reservoir park, bulk pump stations, cargo moorings, treatment facilities, etc.).
