The Information technologies corporation started project implementation of optimization of production management and logistics in LLC NPP Kherson Machine-building Plant implementing solution IT Enterprise.

Tasks

Carrying out monitoring of suppliers of modern enterprise management systems, the management of LLC NPP Kherson Machine-building Plant stopped the choice on Information technologies corporation and its flagship product to a corporate system of management IT Enterprise.

Solution

The project in LLC NPP HMZ consists in implementation of a key method of management of production and logistics in the world - the MRP II standard. Manufacturing Resource Planning is the methodology of detailed production planning of the enterprise including accounting of orders, planning of utilization of capacity, requirements planning in all resources of production (materials, raw materials, component parts, the equipment, personnel), planning of production costs, modeling of course of production, its accounting, planning of finished product output, operational correcting of the plan and works orders.

A system IT Enterprise is full-function ERP, MRPII MES APS EAM SCM, CRM- a system which covers all aspects of activity of the enterprise and also provides effective management of group of companies. Thus, a system completely corresponds to requirements of the Kherson Machine-building Plant enterprise.
