JSC Zelenodolsk Design Bureau buys the software of process automation of project management

The West Concept company will perform delivery of the software of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 for JSC Zelenodolsk Design Bureau.

Background

Before the management Zelenodolsk the PKB is cost by tasks of process automation of project management and document flow. The complete solution based on Microsoft Share Point 2010 and Microsoft Project 2010 in the best way was suitable for achievement of these purposes. The solution of such tasks as is as a result planned: scheduling and network planning on divisions; use of templates of projects, interrelation of KPG and area of the project documentation; work with tenders. Process automation of budgeting of the project with necessary analytics and the reporting on the project progress with the necessary frequency is also planned.

Delivery of software is performed within modernization of bureau according to the Federal target program of development of civil marine facilities for 2009-2016. The expected number of users in a system will be several dozens of people.

The deputy CEO for strategic development of JSC Zelenodolskoye PKB Sergey Reshetov noted: "The solution to implement project management based on Microsoft Project and Microsoft Share Point was accepted in 2009. The different software was considered. The main arguments pro became universality of a packet; wide circulation in the market, and, therefore, ease of receiving services in training and implementation; easy integration with Microsoft Office. Besides, the schedulers made based on Microsoft Project often it is used as the built-in function at developers of CAD systems. This solution was a part of the project documentation on "Modernization of a complex of the model testing basin" within accomplishment of the Federal target program "Development of Civil Marine Facilities for 2009-2016. According to the plan of implementation of the FTP of RGMT we announced competition on delivery of the software based on which the contract with the West Concept company which proposed an optimal solution was signed".
