Ryzhkov Dmitry Alekseyevich is the chief of the Main Directorate for Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation. Former Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff.
Biography
Was born on January 6, 1964 in Moscow, Russia.
Education
1985 - graduated from the Highest Moscow frontier school.
1992 - graduated from Academy of the Ministry of security (nowadays - FSB of Russia Academy).
Military service
Since 1985 served in security service of the Russian Federation in different positions[1].
Career
2000 - the chief of staff of the first deputy director of FSB[2].
2004 - the director of Russian Government's Executive Office[1].
On September 17, 2004 - it is appointed the Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff.
2004-2011 - the Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff (at this position dealt with issues of defense industry, law-enforcement activity and activity of intelligence agencies), the member of Government Commission for Alcohol Market Regulation.
2008 - the vice-chairman of Government Commission on the Development of the Fisheries Industry.
In Government Office Dmitry Ryzhkov dealt with issues of development of the industry, power, transport; information technology development and communications; questions of effective use of natural resources; implementations of boundary policy, arrangement of frontier and customs service; defenses, law and order and security of the state, warning and mitigation of consequences of emergencies; prevention of corruption and other offenses.
The member of Government Commission for Alcohol Market Regulation (The commission is formed by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2009).
On October 31, 2011 - the prime minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the order dismissed Dmitry Ryzhkov of the deputy manager of government office.
