In the Ministry of Finance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic the complex of financial control of public authorities is implemented

The Ministry of Finance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic and Keysystems company signed the long-term contract on implementation of the software package "Revizor-KS" within automation of financial control of republican public authorities and local government authorities.

Start

The software package "Revizor-KS" will allow to create a common information space of bodies of internal financial control using technology SMART and to support uniform methodology of an examination, including such tools as the uniform qualifier of violations, the consolidating plan of an examination, a single system of monitoring of system effectiveness of financial control, etc. The complex will allow to use more effectively resources of regulatory authorities, on a centralized basis to trace completion dates of instructions and efficiency of the taken measures for results of the carried-out inspections and also without additional labor costs to publish results of financial control in the Internet.

Objectives

The project provides implementation of the automation equipment of internal financial control in activity of the main managers of budgetary funds and municipal entities. Key project objectives are focused on accomplishment of provisions of the republican target program "Increase in Efficiency of Budgeted Expenses of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic for 2011-2013", including:

• unity of methods and approaches to the organization and holding control actions;
• effective interaction between bodies of the state financial control of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic and bodies of municipal financial control;
• permanent monitoring of activity of bodies of the state and municipal financial control, including monitoring of effectiveness of the taken measures for elimination of the revealed violations.
