The complete solution for the organization of sales office at the enterprise including everything necessary for start of "turnkey" sales department. The solution includes the CRM configuration integrated with telephony, hardware capacities, in particular the database server, the IP telephony server, the Internet and mail servers and other equipment. Iron is picked specially up for the developed configuration and expected service of processing of 30 users of sales office. The sales station is mobile and can be delivered to any region of the Russian Federation.

The configuration is adapted for standard processing of the sales manager. Integration with telephony via the rarusovsky softphone allows to perform outgoing calls from 1C, passing manual dialing. At receipt of an incoming call in case of existence of the phone number in base the call is accepted by the manager fixed in quality responsible for customer service. The application software on telephone recording writes all voice traffic that allows to work individually with the specific manager, to point to his errors at communication, to direct it, trying to obtain thereby the maximum capacity of the employee.

There is a possibility of operational generation of invoices for payment on the main and adjacent products. Sending e-mail is performed from CRM on the contact person of the partner, at the same time the corresponding message appears in the history of relationship with the client, along with events which are fixed by the manager by results of phone call. In a configuration the scheme of interaction of adjacent divisions of the company via the mail server is implemented. The manager of sales is informed about: arrival of money, about readiness of the order, about shipment by transport company, about a defects status. The notification to mail comes after record of the relevant document to a system by the division authorized for it.

Performance of the manager is numbered on 26 indicators which are removed in real time and do not require participation of the manager. It means that information on operational activity of sales department is reliable. The generals of the enterprise reglamentno obtain these data on e-mail. Based on every day three reports - the report on activity, the report on calls and the report on events come. Images are attached. In dynamics on every day the report on activity clearly demonstrates standing of target processes of sales department. The report on calls and on events give more unrolled picture if it is required to go deep into process.
