The Kedr bank completed deployment and transition to the new core banking system

The CFT company and KEDR bank signed the agreement on deployment in bank of the solution CFT Bank.

In strategic plans of the Customer – development of the retail direction of business, expansion of a range of the rendered services, implementation of modern technologies for effective customer service. Upgrade of credit institution is caused by need of creation of the IT infrastructure providing expanded support of business which will help to strengthen the positions in financial market of the country.

Project Plans

On the basis of information complex the modern level of automation will be reached due to transfer under its management of settlement and cash services, maintaining and accounting of cash transactions, currency exchange transactions, the credits, deposits and many other things. Project implementation will begin with implementation of the main banking system in the Krasnoyarsk branch "Krasnoyarsk Directorate".

A new system will allow to automate banking activity, having integrated base of clients, accounts, transactions of branches; optimize and formalize crediting process, reduce costs for a back office, offer the client more complex approach at settlement and cash services. With implementation of a software package top management of bank will be able to make operational management decisions, having the complete information about a status of all business processes online.

Project Completion

On October 15, 2013 the CFT company announced start in KEDR bank in operation of products of the first stage of implementation of information complex CFT Bank.

Project Results

During the project the applications automating Settlement center, the Accounting core, work with the credits and deposits, settlement and cash services, the reporting of the Central Bank, conversion transactions and collection are installed. Within an implementation project the command of CFT performs integration of the new core banking system with the installed earlier information systems.
